Dual: Gannon vs Adrian, Sunday’s lineups

ERIE, P.A. – – Adrian College will meet host Gannon University head-to-head in a dual this Sunday at 4pm EDT.

“Home matches are a great opportunity for the student population and community to be exposed to Women’s Wrestling,” said Gannon’s Head Coach Christen Dierken. “We are anticipating a good sized crowd and are blessed with such amazing support.”

The Knights opened their season earlier this month and secured back-to-back dual victories over Presbyterian College (40-8) and Ferrum College (28-21).

New faces added to the Knights projected lineup for the dual vs Adrian include Chrystal Raine (fr-101), Jordan Jarvi (fr-116), Kayla O’Brian (fr-123), Caroline Camarillo (r-fr-143) and Kendall McGarity (r-fr-191).

Sunday’s dual is Adrian’s first event of the 2019-20 season.

Most recent history between the two programs was a matchup between Adrian’s Zoe Nowicki (so-130) and Gannon’s Gabby Perez (so-130) at the 2019 WCWA National Championships—Nowicki secured a 17-10 vfa. However, Perez is not on the projected lineup for Gannon this weekend.
