Junior World Teams Since 2015
Champions from last weekend’s Junior Nationals earned a bid to the 2021 Senior World Team Trials and 2021 Junior World Team Trials if age-eligible. Here’s a look at those champs, plus the Junior World Teams from 2015-19. (READ IT)

UWW U23 Review, Kilty Named Outstanding Wrestler
Day two and both divisions of women’s wrestling in Omaha is a wrap. Emily Shilson (Titan Mercury WC) and Macey Kilty (Sunkist Kids WC) doubled up their titles in the Junior and U23 divisions at 50 and 62 kg, respectively, and Kilty was awarded the U23 Outstanding Wrestling Award. (READ IT)

UWW Juniors Recap, Plus a Look at U23
Wrestling in the Junior women’s division on day one was excellent. Champions: Shilson, Ikei, Estrella, Guerin, Figueroa, Kilty, Nugent, Gomez, Blades, Kelly. (READ IT)

UWW Junior Nationals Preview
UWW Junior Nationals is a fusion of the best college-age women and high school juniors and seniors (born 2000-03). The women’s division will be wrestled all the way through finals on Friday, November 12. The champion at each weight earns a bid to the 2021 Senior World Team Trials, and the 2021 Junior World Team Trials if age-eligible. There are 134 wrestlers pre-registered and the group features a mix of past Cadet, Junior and U23 World members, plus NAIA and NCAA champions and All-Americans. (READ IT)

College rankings will be tested in Omaha
Top-ranked women on the college scene double down on “off-season” competition at national events in the pursuit of a Junior, U23 or Senior World Team. This is true of this weekend in Omaha, except, instead of a World team, the winners of the Junior and U23 divisions will earn a spot at the 2021 Senior World Team Trials. (READ IT)

Junior + U23 champions qualify for the 2021 Senior World Team Trials. Juniors also qualify for 2021 Junior World Team Trials, if age eligible.
